How to get cleaner voice-to-text results
Small habits that make a real difference to the transcript.
- Speak clearly and at a steady pace.
- Use a quiet room with minimal background noise.
- Pause briefly between sentences so the recognizer can catch up.
- Say punctuation out loud when your browser supports it, for example "comma" or "new line".
- Review names, numbers, and technical terms before you send the text.
- Keep sensitive information out of any web-based capture tool you do not control end-to-end.
