Cookie Policy

Zahvox may use these technologies to keep the site working correctly (for example, remembering a theme or interface preference), to understand how people use the site so it can be improved, and to prepare features such as accounts, saved history, and billing when they are introduced.

Essential cookies and storage are required for the site or the tool to function. Examples include remembering that you have accepted a notice, storing a UI preference, or keeping the state of the free voice-to-text tool while you use it in a browser tab. These cannot reasonably be turned off without breaking basic functionality.

Preference cookies remember choices you make, such as a light or dark theme, or the last free tool you used. They exist to make the site more comfortable to use. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

If analytics tools are enabled, they may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure aggregate usage — for example, which pages are visited, which features are used, and how users move through the site. Analytics data is used to prioritize the roadmap and improve the product, not to build personal profiles for advertising.

Zahvox does not currently use marketing cookies, ad-network pixels, or cross-site tracking. If marketing cookies are added later, this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie banner or preference system will be added so users can consent, decline, or manage their choices.

Some services used to host, monitor, or analyze the site may set their own cookies or identifiers. Examples include hosting providers, error-monitoring tools, and analytics tools. Those services have their own privacy and cookie practices, which are governed by their own policies.

You can control cookies in your browser by clearing them, blocking third-party cookies, using private or incognito browsing, or installing browser extensions that manage tracking. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent parts of the site from working properly.

Most modern browsers include cookie and site-data controls under settings. Refer to the documentation for your specific browser to learn how to view, delete, or block cookies from particular sites or all sites.

Once accounts, saved history, or paid billing are introduced, additional cookies may be needed. Examples include an authentication cookie to keep you signed in, a session cookie to keep your workspace state, or a payment session cookie for checkout. These will be documented here when the features ship.

If Zahvox introduces analytics, marketing pixels, or third-party tracking that requires consent, a cookie banner or preference system should be added as required by applicable law.
