Payment Terms

The current Zahvox web voice-to-text experience and free utilities are available at no cost. There is nothing to bill today. Any offer, invoice, or payment request that claims to charge you for the current free product is not from Zahvox and should be reported (see the Scammer Update).

Zahvox may introduce paid plans for advanced features, teams, or higher usage. Those plans will be described on the Pricing page and in the account or checkout flow. You will not be charged unless you clearly agree to a paid plan.

Any pricing shown in advance of billing being launched is planned and subject to change. Final pricing will be presented before checkout.

Paying for a plan will require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for the payment method attached to the account, and for keeping your billing information accurate.

Payments will be handled through a reputable third-party payment processor. Zahvox will not receive or store your full card number. Processor terms and privacy policies will apply in addition to these terms.

Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes. Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan. Zahvox may notify you before a renewal, but you are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue.

If a payment fails, Zahvox may retry the charge, notify you, and eventually pause or downgrade paid access until the balance is settled. Persistent non-payment may lead to cancellation.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as required by law. See the Refund Policy.

All paid purchases will be non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Please review features, plans, and pricing before purchasing. This is described in more detail in the Refund Policy.

Zahvox may change plan features and prices over time. Existing subscribers will typically be notified of price changes before the next renewal.
