1. Official Zahvox channels
Official Zahvox communication comes from the Zahvox website at zahvox.com and from email addresses on the zahvox.com domain (for example, hello@zahvox.com). Founder Hussain Jatoi also communicates via hussainjatoi.com. Any offer, payment request, or account message from a different domain, a personal email account claiming to be "Zahvox support", or a random social media DM should be treated with suspicion until you can verify it here.
2. No fake investment or guaranteed-return offers
Zahvox does not offer investment opportunities, "guaranteed return" packages, crypto tokens, or similar schemes. Anyone contacting you with these under the Zahvox name is not from Zahvox.
3. No fake job or payment messages
Zahvox does not currently run a public hiring pipeline that asks candidates to pay a fee, buy equipment, buy gift cards, or share bank credentials. Any "job offer" from Zahvox that requires payment or unusual personal information is fake.
4. No random WhatsApp payment requests
Zahvox does not send unsolicited WhatsApp messages, Telegram messages, or SMS asking for payment, deposits, upgrades, or account verification. If you receive one, do not click links, do not send money, and do not share verification codes.
5. No active affiliate or earn-with-Zahvox program yet
Zahvox does not currently run an affiliate, referral, or partner commission program. Any offer that claims to pay you to promote Zahvox is not from Zahvox until such a program is officially launched here on the site.
6. How to verify a message
To check whether a message is really from Zahvox:
- Look at the sender's email domain. Real Zahvox email comes from an @zahvox.com address.
- Go directly to zahvox.com by typing it into your browser, not by clicking a link from the suspicious message.
- Cross-check any offer against the Pricing and Roadmap pages. If it does not exist there, it is not a real Zahvox product.
- When in doubt, contact Zahvox directly using the contact page.
7. Report suspicious messages
If you receive a suspicious message that uses the Zahvox name or the founder's name, please forward it to hello@zahvox.com so it can be reviewed. Include full headers or screenshots if possible.
