A template is a saved output structure with placeholders. When applied to a transcript, the template fills the placeholders with content from your voice input, producing a consistent, format-ready result.
Templates are reusable structures for common writing tasks — status updates, client replies, meeting recaps — filled in with your dictated content.
Templates are planned for Zahvox as an extension of writing modes. Users will be able to save custom structures and apply them to any transcript.
Status: Planned for a later Zahvox release. Not scheduled.
Weekly update template: "This week / What shipped / What's next / Blockers." You dictate freely; the template pulls out and slots the relevant bits.
