Templates for voice-to-writing
Templates will let you save the shapes you write into every week — a follow-up email, a meeting recap, a client update, a content outline — and pour a fresh voice session into them. Templates are planned. Today the free web tool captures raw text you shape by hand.
Templates are planned for Zahvox. Today users can record and edit transcripts in the free web tool. The planned templates will hold reusable output structures for emails, meeting summaries, follow-ups, proposals, client replies, and content outlines.
This feature is planned. The current Zahvox web tool does not include this yet.
What templates means
- · A template is a saved output shape: sections, headings, and default lines.
- · You record once. The template arranges the voice into the right slots.
- · Templates cover the writing you repeat weekly: replies, updates, notes, briefs.
- · Templates stack with modes and personas. Template = shape, mode = format, persona = voice.
Why this matters
- · The best writers reuse structure and vary the substance.
- · Rebuilding the same shape every time is where voice-to-writing loses its speed.

Current limitations
- · Templates are not live in the free web tool today.
