Personas for saved writing voice
Personas will save the voice you write in so Zahvox can shape output without you re-explaining tone every time. Personas are planned. Today the free web tool captures your raw transcript for you to edit.
Personas are planned for Zahvox. Today users can record and edit transcripts in the free web tool. Personas will let users save presets like professional, casual, founder, creator, student, sales, or a custom voice, and switch between them.
This feature is planned. The current Zahvox web tool does not include this yet.
What personas means
- · A persona is a saved voice preset: audience, tone, phrases to keep, phrases to avoid.
- · One person can save many personas: personal, work, client, sales, brand.
- · A persona sets voice. A writing mode sets format. The two stack.
- · Presets planned to ship first include professional, casual, founder, creator, student, and sales.
- · Custom personas will let you save your own signature words, sign-offs, and format defaults.
Why this matters
- · The way you write to a client is not the way you write to your team.
- · Rewriting tone for every channel eats the time voice was supposed to save.
- · A saved persona keeps you consistent when you are tired or rushed.
- · For agencies and brands, a persona is how voice stays on-brand across writers.
How personas may work in Zahvox
Planned workflow · not live yet
- · Create a persona from a short brief: audience, tone, keep-list, avoid-list, sign-off.
- · Pick a persona before or after recording in /tool.
- · The persona applies its voice rules on top of cleanup and the chosen mode.
- · Switch personas without losing the transcript to compare outputs side by side.
- · Personas will save with your account once accounts ship.
What users can do today
Available today in the free Zahvox web tool and free writing utilities. No signup, no download.

Example of the planned experience
hey just following up on the proposal wanted to know if you had a chance to look also we can adjust the scope if needed happy to jump on a quick call thursday
Hi Alex, Quick follow-up on the proposal. Have you had a chance to look? Happy to adjust the scope if that helps. Thursday works if you want a short call. Best, Jordan
Planned output. A 'sales follow-up' persona would produce this from the raw voice.

- · Personas are not live in the free web tool today.
- · Personas require accounts, which are also planned.
