Plugins for writing tools and workflow platforms
Plugins will let Zahvox drop cleaned voice-to-writing straight into the writing and workflow tools you already use. Plugins are planned. Today you copy or download text and paste it where you need it.
Zahvox plugins are planned. Today users copy or download text from the free web tool at /tool and paste it into their target app. Planned plugins will let cleaned drafts flow directly into common writing and workflow platforms without copy-paste.
This feature is planned. The current Zahvox web tool does not include this yet.
What plugins means
- · Small integrations that connect Zahvox to a specific tool.
- · Focused on writing and workflow platforms where drafts land.
- · No live integrations today. No brand names claimed as connected.
- · Plugins will layer on top of AI cleanup, modes, and personas.
Why this matters
- · Copy-paste is the last friction between voice and a sent message.
- · For heavy users, that friction adds up across dozens of messages a day.
- · A plugin keeps the flow inside one screen instead of hopping tabs.
How plugins may work in Zahvox
Planned workflow · not live yet
- · Sign in to Zahvox and install a plugin for a supported tool.
- · The plugin adds a small Zahvox action inside that tool.
- · Trigger the action to record, clean, and drop the draft into the tool.
- · The plugin respects the mode and persona you set.
What users can do today
Available today in the free Zahvox web tool and free writing utilities. No signup, no download.
- · Use /tool to record, edit, copy, and download.
- · Paste into your writing or workflow tool by hand.

- · Track counts with the word and character counters before pasting.
Who it is for
- · Founders capturing product ideas between meetings
- · Freelancers replying to clients from a phone or laptop
- · Creators drafting posts, hooks and outlines by voice
- · Students turning study talk into notes
- · Consultants writing post-call memos
- · Agency owners sending briefs and follow-ups
- · Salespeople logging CRM notes right after a call
- · Website designers and SEO experts drafting copy quickly
- · Virtual assistants clearing an inbox faster
- · People who hate typing and slow typers
