Professional toggle for spoken drafts
The professional toggle is a future one-switch control that turns a rough spoken draft into a work-safe version without losing your voice. It is in development. Today the free web tool captures the transcript and the email draft generator handles many of the same jobs.
The professional toggle is in development for Zahvox. Today, users can record and edit the transcript at /tool and shape a rough message with the email draft generator or meeting notes formatter. The planned toggle will offer a one-switch pass that removes fillers and repairs sentences for a work-safe draft.
This feature is in development. The current Zahvox web tool does not include the full workflow yet.
What professional toggle means
- · The professional toggle is a simple on and off switch on top of the cleaned transcript.
- · It aims for a work-safe register: no fillers, no restarts, clearer sentence structure.
- · It keeps your phrasing and examples. It is not a corporate rewrite in someone else's voice.
- · It is one option in a wider set of writing modes that will follow later.

- · People either send the raw version and worry, or spend time re-typing.
- · A toggle lets you keep the speed of voice while sending something you feel good about.

- · You turn the professional toggle on. The cleaned draft appears in a work-safe register.
- · You review the draft, keep what works, and flip the toggle off to see the more casual version at any point.
- · You copy or download the draft and paste it into your app. This is the intended workflow. It is not fully live yet.

Current limitations
- · This feature is in development. The current Zahvox web tool does not include the full workflow yet.
- · The toggle will not rewrite in a generic corporate voice. It aims for work-safe, not stiff.
- · It will not invent facts, names or numbers that were not in your spoken input.
- · It is one setting. Deeper tone control belongs to future writing modes and personas.
- · Long speech sessions still depend on browser behaviour for the underlying capture.
